The past two weeks have been a busy one in the workshop! Nearly 150 packages, just like these, have been prepared and sent on their way to their new owners. All pre-orders are now on their way!

With that big milestone behind us, preparations for the holiday season have officially begun in the workshop. I'm still accepting pre-orders, but we expect to be back to our regular production pace by early November.

Meanwhile, the 15% discount on all products will continue until everyone has had a chance to find the perfect Christmas gift for themselves or their loved ones. 🎄

A little heads-up: as Christmas gets closer, shipping times tend to get longer, and unfortunately, parcels can sometimes go missing. So if you have your eye on something, I'd recommend placing your order sooner rather than later!

Over the years, I could count the number of customers I had the chance to meet in person on one hand. Thanks to Clayzie Fest, I had the opportunity to meet and talk with more potters than I probably have in my entire life.

I also had the chance to watch amazing demonstrations and performances, learn from so many talented people, and simply enjoy being surrounded by such a wonderful community.

The tool you see here is my absolute go-to. I don't get to use it as often these days, but there was a time when it was the tool I reached for more than any other.

What I love about a D-shape tool is its versatility. It can do almost everything I need, from rough shaping to finer trimming, and it always feels comfortable in hand.

If I could only keep one trimming tool on my bench, it would be a D-shape. No question.
